据英国《太阳报》报道，位于阿尔卑斯山中心、瑞士西南部的瓦莱州风景如画，是一个度假天堂。然而该州一个风景如画的村庄阿尔滨恩(Albinen)因为近年来人口大量外流，特别是年轻人离去，现在人口只剩240人。

According to the report of The Sun of British, Valais is a picturesque holiday paradise, which lies in the southwest of Switzerland in the center of Alps. However, there are only 240 individuals left in the picturesque Albinen town of Valais due to the large population emigration in recent years, especially the drain of young people.

于是阿尔滨恩村民决定大派福利吸引外地人前去居住，而他们给出的福利是，为每一个搬到那里的家庭提供至少6万瑞士法郎(约40万元人民币)的补贴。
