While, as a metal sport ,yoga is a good, effective therapy for many chronic diseases such as neck problem ,back problem. In many large company, there are have a yoga exercising place nearby, for the membership for the colleage. It is extremely effective for treating many sub-healthy problems.


Lots of scientists and news have a report that usually doing yoga twice or three time a week is better for your health to specialize after fully working every day. It is a feasible mothed of agreement that yoga has positions that act upon the various joints of the body, including tendons and ligaments of the body,also improve your immune system.

By the way, yoga is also effective massage your organs of the body when doing it. Now many hospitals rebuild the massaging project to help the patients to reduce the ill of sadness and pain. this projects have included some yoga action and method or theory. It acts in a wholesome manner when facing various body parts ,by keeping back the body health well,well-being.
