团队和组织有两种价值观。核心价值观( Core values  )是自然而生的。没有核心价值观,你就不是你。心愿价值观( Wish values )是那些你希望有的。你应当把价值观变成个人故事。

"There are two kinds of values that both groups and individuals can recognize. Core values are the ones that come naturally to you. Without them, you wouldn't be yourself. Wish values are the ones you aspire to have. For best effect, you should spin your values into a personal story," says Jurgen Appelo, founder of Management 3.0 and author of Managing for Happiness.


价值观对于公司和其中的个人都是至关重要的,与生产率、效率和参与度息息相关。我们需要识别我们看重什么,保护这些价值观,之后才是创造新的价值观。

Values are essential, not only to your company but to ourselves as individuals and to having productive, effective and engaged teams. In order to create new values however, we first have to identify what our values are, protect those values and then add new ones.
