Stretching after training

This weekend, June 8th and  9th, I had and at 10:3o for 10,team D I had 16 kids on Saturday and 14 on Sunday, the weather was good but a bit hot.

1.Warm up

Content 1

Making a team of two kids, Green and blue, one color has to kick the opponent ball by using their own ball but by using only inside foot. The one to be kicked, call up on his teammate for help where the teammate also have to kick make his ball touching the touched player.

Content 2

Basics exercises for ball control like step up on ball and pull and push ball using both feet.Dribble the ball around the cones

2. Technical drills:

Pass and move


Using a squared area of 2m each side, 2 kids pass one ball each other, using 2 touches or more, and avoiding entering the erea, and every time the receiver more first to call for ball.

Match time and use of learned skill of shooting


We made 3 teams of 5 or 4 players, one team stay out. We played a Normal Match of 4 v 4, but the pitch is getting smaller, while the kids are increasing in number, we need a bigger space
