用pip安装python包的时候报错：

WARNING: The script f2py.exe is installed in ‘C:\Users\linji\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python36\Scripts’ which is not on PATH.
Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location.
就是说这个’C:\Users\linji\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python36\Scripts’ 路径没有写到path里，如果不处理很有可能导入不了包。

于是打开Windows的环境变量加入该路径。

右键单击我的电脑，点击属性。



把路径添加到下面：

然后关闭anaconda prompt。重新打开，重新输入安装命令，就可以了。
