jupyter安装库-plotly

输入命令行进行库的安装：

pip install plotly

似乎没有成功：

经查找，找到解决方法如下：

使用命令行修改为：

 pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pip -U plotly

OK，安装成功
