xxx.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform-查看pip支持的安装包版本

我们安装一些python包时候经常遇见如下错误：

xxx.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform。

出现这个问题，是由于这个whl和系统python版本不匹配导致的。 

64 pip 20.0及以上版本，老的的查看方法前段时间更新后就不能用了。
之前导入pip._internal或者 pip._internal.pep425tags 就可以。、

import pip
print(pip.pep425tags.get_supported())
# 或
import pip._internal
print(pip._internal.pep425tags.get_supported())

新方法：

直接用pip debug --verbose 命令即可看 pip 支持。
