2019年6月8,9日训练总结

周六日八点半到10点20h我平时带西中街小学但现在他们放假了，我周六负责04,05队比赛裁判，周日10队比赛裁判。

周六日10点30到12点30带了小队14,15队, 天气非常热，三号场地，阿达和周非教练。14个人，13个人，训练主题：运球

1) warm up: I a limited space we started with juggling, then dribbling. During dribbling,the kids had to keep head up for taking information all around the training space, avoid the cohesion with other players or kicking the corners

2) arriving at every corner, a player had to do dribble by using interior of the foot.

3) the third exercise was speed with ball. 3players in the group had to take one by one their to a certain distance ... more point to the quickest players.
