Prajna Heart Sutra
观自在菩萨，行深般若波罗蜜多时，照见五蕴皆空，渡一切苦厄。
Avalokiteshvara of Bodhisattva，doing deep Prajna Paramita, clearly saw emptiness of all five conditions, thus completely relieving misfortune and pain.
舍利子!色不异空，空不异色;色即是空，空即是色;受想行识，亦复如是。
Oh Shaviputra! Form is no other than emptiness, emptiness no other than form. Form is exactly emptiness, emptiness exactly form. Sensation, conception, discrimination, awareness are like wise.
舍利子!是诸法空相，不生不灭，不垢不净，不增不减。
Oh Shaviputra！All Dharmas are forms of emptiness. Not born, not destroyed,not stained and not pure,without loss, without gain.
是故空中无色，无受想行识，无眼耳鼻舌身意，无色声香味触法，无眼界，乃至无意识界。
So in emptiness there is no form, no sensation, conception, discrimination, awareness. No eye, ear, nose, tongue, body ,mind. No color, sound, smell, taste, touch phenomena. No realm of sight, no realm of consciousness.
无无明，亦无无明尽，乃至无老死，亦无老死尽，无苦集灭道。无智亦无得。
No ignorance and no end to ignorance. No old age and death, and no end to old age and death. No suffering, no cause of suffering. No extinguishing, no path, no wisdom and no gain.
以无所得故，菩提萨埵，依般若波罗蜜多故，心无罣碍，无罣碍故，无有恐怖， 远离颠倒梦想，究竟涅槃。
No gain and thus the Bodhisattva lives Prajna Paramita. With no hindrance in the mind. No hindrance, therefore no fear. Far beyond deluded thoughts, this is Nirvana.
三世诸佛，依般若波罗蜜多故，得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提。
All past, present and future Buddhas live Prajna Paramita, and therefore attain Anuttara-Samyak-Sambodhi.
故知般若波罗蜜多，是大神咒，是大明咒，是无上咒，是无等等咒，能除一切苦，真实不虚。
Therefore know Prajna Paramita is the great mantra, the vivid mantra, the best mantra , the unsurpassable mantra. It completely clears all pain. This is the truth, not a lie.
故说般若波罗蜜多咒，即说咒曰︰揭諦揭諦，波罗揭諦，波罗僧揭諦，菩提娑婆呵。
So set forth the Prajna Paramita mantra, set forth this mantra and say: Gate Gate, Paragate, Para Samgate, Bodhi Svaha. Prajna Heart Sutra.
