On the Importance of Physical Exercise

Life is in continuous motion. When we participated in a sport, we not only had a nice time, but also exhale exhaust gas which would hurt our bodies. After took part in an interesting sport you like, you would feel refreshed and energetic. If you take exercise in long term, you will feel that your muscle becomes sturdy and your body is more healthy and strong.

But not all people will enjoy the welfare which the physical exercise brings. The college students, is the best sample to conform it. The kind of persons are not take part in the physical exercise generally, so that their health is unsatisfactory. The main reasons why their amount of exercise is not adequate are redundant schoolwork which is difficult to handle and deficiency of supervising. When you are at home and do exercise reluctantly, your mother blame you and advise you to go out for fun. But in campus, we have not it, therefore we are slacker and lazier than before.

As a university student, I realize the signification of physical exercise. We should actively take part in sport. If you deem that the start of it is a difficulty, you can choice your favorite sport to participate. Persisting a sport and then do exercise regularly, you will obtain a healthy mode of living.
