conda install openai失败 / 如何安装openai库

1. 下载完成后，解压缩该文件。将解压缩后的文件夹移动到你想要的目录。

2. 打开命令行，导航到解压缩后的文件夹。激活要安装openai库的环境，然后输入以下命令以安装openai库：

   pip install .
   

报错提示

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement setuptools (from versions: none)

解决方案

pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
pip install --upgrade setuptools
