java 16 关于被禁的内部接口替代方案

看了N多公众号文章，全部都只是抄来抄去的，里面关于被禁接口的代替链接永远都缺失，上官网扒了一份，大家凑合着看看吧

鉴于可能对链接会拦截，我尽量搬过来吧……
