一开始以为是项目配置问题，但本地clean package是正常的，项目是最基础的springboot项目，本地没有问题，一开始寻找方向定在help1中的'parent.relativePath' points at no local POM @ line 5, column 10
但实际这个指定位置是一个标准的pom文件

在确认help1没问题的前提下，从help2的ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found找问题，通过网上的方案：
1.%JAVA_HOME%/jre/lib/security/cacerts出问题，
把没问题的机子上的cacerts目录覆盖它
2.在jenkins的maven配置中加上以下代码：
-Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.insecure=true -Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.allowall=true -Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.ignore.validity.dates=true
