1、每天起床喝2杯水,其中一杯加些盐巴,可以清肠胃。下班回家后,使用压缩面膜加矿泉水自制补水保湿面膜,给皮肤喝足五分钟的水,让它保持水润,省钱又有效果。

2、出门前一定要擦隔离霜及防晒乳,回到家记得要马上卸妆,这个是非常重要的护肤步骤,否则脸部容易出现斑点。

3、先用温水再用冷水洗脸,冷热交替会让肌肤既干净且毛细孔会变小。

4、一定要多喝水不熬夜,少吃油炸类的东西,给皮肤使用一些补水的护肤品。
