Though让步状语从句

by no means 很好的表达。我们之前表达绝不，。。。不可能可能会想到。。。impossible，看这句子里的表达。

for引导的是并列句，表示原因，但并不构成主句行为发生的直接原因，只提供一些辅助性的补充说明。for引导的并列句只能放于主句之后，并且必须用逗号将其与主句隔开。如：

It must have rained last night, for the street is wet all over.

The bridge is so long that the shape of the earth had to be taken into account by its designer.

be taken into account

。。。被考虑到

They support the cables from which the bridge has been suspended.

高塔支撑着钢缆， 而钢缆又悬吊着大桥

It has been estimated that if the bridge were packed with cars, it would still only be carrying a third of its total capacity.

据估计：即使桥上“装满”了汽车，那也只占据了它1/3的承载力

注意桥上挤满了车人家用的动词却是pack
