4. In response to an article investigating allegations of corruption, two readers send letters to a nationalnewspaper expressing strongly contrasting views on the topic. Write the letters(between 300–450 words each). In your writing, create a sense of opposingattitudes and viewpoints.

6. After leaving school, a studentdecides to travel for a year. At the end of it, the student is invited back bytheir previous school to give a speech about their experience to otherstudents. Write the speech. In your writing, create a sense of the problems andbenefits such an experience might bring.

小结
全国I卷的题目以时事为切入点，而英美的题目比较开放，以培养学生的思辨能力和逻辑能力为主。题目的取材更具有社会性和文学性。
近几年来，虽然高考的作文题给考生的自由度有所提高，但是题目本身还是有一定的局限性，比方题目所选取的素材一般都是国家大事，不够贴近生活，也很少能够看到当代年轻人关注的热点话题。对于给分标准也设定了严格的框架，并没有鼓励学生的批判性思维和创造性思维。每年的高考零分作文反而比满分作文写得更好，因为比较有个性，又有批判性，即使知道可能会得不到高分，也敢于发出自己的声音。现在的00后，越来越明白要为自己发声，用自己的方式过自己的人生。希望以后的高考作文题选题可以更多样化，不要让学生写新八股文。
