练习感悟：开口练习前自己给自己种下了错误的第一反应，以至于后面花大量时间去矫正脱口而出时的第一反应。所以先反复听录音，抓住细节，在脑海里演练数遍后，跟着录音读，然后再自己放慢节奏实践细节部分。
