《CamHi》注重您个人隐私的保护。有时候我们需要某些信息才能为您提供您请求的服务，本隐私权声明解释了这些情况下的数据收集和使用情况。本隐私权声明适用于《CamHi》APP应用产品的所有相关服务。

当应用需要获取位置权限(针对iOS 13获取手机当前的SSID)、扫描二维码使用相机或者和设备对讲需要调用录音功能时，我们会征求您的同意。

《CamHi》会在法律要求或符合《CamHi》的相关服务条款、软件许可使用协议约定的情况下透露您的个人信息：
( a ) 满足法律的明文规定，或者符合《CamHi》本应用适用的法律程序；
（b）符合《CamHi》相关服务条款、软件许可使用协议的约定；
《CamHi》不会未经允许将这些信息与第三方共享，本声明已经列出的情况除外。

严格保护您的个人信息的安全。我们使用各种安全技术和程序来保护您的个人信息不被未经授权的访问、使用或泄漏。
关于免责
就下列相关事宜的发生，《CamHi》不承担任何法律责任：
《CamHi》根据法律规定或相关政府的要求提供您的个人信息;
非因《CamHi》原因导致的个人信息的泄漏；
任何第三方根据《CamHi》各服务条款及声明中所列明的情况使用您的个人信息由此所产生的纠纷；

根据需要，将随时修改本隐私声明。我们建议用户定期上网查看最新的隐私政策于使用条款规定。未来任何条款如有更新，我们将不主动提醒用户，亦不会回溯应用在之前所发生的情形，同时不会改变我们对于之前所收集的资料之处理方式。

"CamHi" pays attention to the protection of your privacy.
Sometimes we need information to provide you with the services you are requesting, and this Privacy statement explains how data is collected and used in these situations.
This Privacy statement applies to all services related to the "CamHi" APP application product.
The collection of your personal information.
We will ask your permission when the application needs to get the 'Location' permission(to get the current SSID of phone for iOS 13) or to scan the QR code to use the camera or to talk to the device when it needs to invoke the recording function.
Controlling your personal information.
"CamHi" will disclose your personal information to the extent required by law or in accordance with the relevant terms of service of "CamHi" and the Software Licensing Agreement:
(a) satisfies the express provisions of the law, or complies with the legal procedures applicable to this application of "CamHi";
(b) complies with the relevant terms of service of "CamHi" and the agreement of software license agreement;
"CamHi" will not share this information with third parties without permission, except in cases already listed in this statement.

Strictly protect the security of your personal information.
We use a variety of security techniques and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
About exoneration.
"CamHi" shall not be liable for the occurrence of any of the following matters:
"CamHi" provides your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the law or the requirements of the relevant government;
Disclosure of personal information not due to "CamHi";
Any disputes arising out of the use of your personal information by any third party in accordance with the terms and conditions of service of "CamHi" and the conditions specified in the statement;
Any temporary suspension of services as a result of hacking, computer virus intrusion or government control;
Any consequences resulting from force majeure;
"CamHi" in the terms of service and statements set out in the disclaimer.
Amendments to privacy statements:
This Privacy statement will be modified at any time as necessary.
We recommend that users view the latest privacy policies and terms of use on a regular basis.
In the event of any future updates, we will not proactively alert the user, will not retrospect the application, and will not change the way we handle the information we have collected.
