Bye,July

When I wanted to write something about my July, I really don't  know what to write, it seems nothing new and exciting happened in the whole July.My life is just like dead water, quiet,busy and boring.I do the same thing and repeat it everyday .

From 9 am to 5:30pm , I am busy working in the office ,I am a hardworking person.I devote every minute to work during working hours and offduty on time.

Since I have my son, after work I will go home directly ,cancelling meeting friends or enjoy happy dinner with my friends.Every friend seems busy,because we are having families now, the importance of life is not only ourselves but our family memebers.We have to share 30% time with them. So everyday I have so less time for myself,only when my son is asleep, i can do my own things-reading book or relax myself through seeing series.

When i arrive home,it's already 6:30,after super,I have to accomany my son to have a walk outside, I call it "parent-child time". This is a beautiful moment in the whole day,you will forget troublesome things what happened all day when I see my son's smile.Although you feel tired or depressed sometimes,everthing is no big deal at that moment.Life is just like a box of chocolate ,you never know what you will happen.As long as you have an optimistic attitude and move forward,so in the whole July, I tried to balance myself and developed a peaceful state of mind.

Everyday I keep on doing 3 minutes plank exercise and 100 roll belly excercise , this habit already lasts 4 months, I throwed away 10kgs weight which make me feel good , so I promise myself to insist on doing it everyday.

The only regret is that I can not do my loving sport-YOGA, I can not squeeze time for it ,so in the upcoming August I try to do 8 times yoga, try to find time to do it on weekends.

From 10pm to 11:30pm is my reading time, the most precious time in a day, I finished reading a novel called 《Shadow Stealer》.

In the limited reading time ,I can't finish more books,but.it's ok for me.JUST READ.

The keyword of my July life is busy,dull,loving,responsible,optimistic.
