There are no TAP-Windows adapters on this system.

现象

连接openVPN报错如下图

查看报错日志,如下：

Mon Feb 27 15:13:47 2023 There are no TAP-Windows adapters on this system.  You should be able to create a TAP-Windows adapter by going to Start -> All Programs -> TAP-Windows -> Utilities -> Add a new TAP-Windows virtual ethernet adapter.
Mon Feb 27 15:13:47 2023 Exiting due to fatal error

解决办法

下载安装TAP-Windows Adapter V9。
https://swupdate.open.org/community/releases/tap-windows-9.21.1.exe
重新链接即可。
