诗篇 68:1-7, 9 CUNPSS-神
“愿 神兴起，使他的仇敌四散， 叫那恨他的人从他面前逃跑。 他们被驱逐，如烟被 风 吹散； 恶人见 神之面而消灭，如蜡被火熔化。 惟有义人必然欢喜， 在 神面前高兴快乐。 你们当向 神唱诗，歌颂他的名； 为那坐车行过旷野的修平大路。 他的名是耶和华， 要在他面前欢乐！ 神在他的圣所作孤儿的父， 作寡妇的伸冤者。 神叫孤独的有家， 使被囚的出来享福； 惟有悖逆的住在干燥之地。 神啊，你曾在你百姓前头出来， 在旷野行走。 （细拉）
神啊，你降下大雨； 你产业 以色列 疲乏的时候，你使他坚固。”
反思
神降下大雨，就是能滋润枯干的地。有好多基督徒在疲乏枯干的心态服侍。神是伟大有权柄的，可是为什么教会的弟兄姐妹显得很软弱。不要在疲乏当中服侍，让神降恩雨来滋润你的心！
1）让神保护你心！
愿神兴起，使一切的仇敌失散！我们不需要怕恶人的威胁，因为他们都要面对神的攻击。神会为你争战！祂要保护你的心，看顾祂的百姓！让主成为你的盾牌！
2）让神滋润你心！
你的心里不要忧愁，不要枯干。让神的话语滋润你心！没有自信的要得到神的信心，惧怕的要刚强壮胆！依靠主的人就是有福的人！
3）让神坚固你心！
有神同在，我们什么都不怕！神就是我们的信心！祂是信实的真神。不要让你的心动摇，站立稳固，紧紧跟随主！
祷告
主啊！感谢祢在我休息当中用祢的话语滋润我的心。求祢保守我的心，教导我要坚强，有一个坚固的心来面对未来！奉耶稣的名，阿门！

He sends abundant rain to refresh your wearied soul.
Psalms 68:3-5, 9 NLT
But let the godly rejoice. Let them be glad in God’s presence. Let them be filled with joy. Sing praises to God and to his name! Sing loud praises to him who rides the clouds. His name is the LORD — rejoice in his presence! Father to the fatherless, defender of widows— this is God, whose dwelling is holy.
You sent abundant rain, O God, to refresh the weary land.
Reflection
Praise God, whose dwelling is holy! A day in His courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. And the godly rejoice in His sweet Presence and worship His Holy Name! The psalmist compares between the state of the wicked and the godly. And those who walk in righteousness will enjoy the rewards of righteous living! Those who choose the ways of God will taste the fruit of righteousness. He blesses those who are poor in their spirit but pure in God. For God is the Father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, a comfort to the hurting , a help in times of trouble! He sent abundant rain for the weary land! Yes, he quenches the dry and thirsty land. And He also satisfies the weary hearts. For those who find themselves burdened and wearied from the cares of this world, God replenishes and refreshes our inner being when we enter His Presence. Let not our hearts be troubled and let His love quenched your wearied soul.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for sending abundant rain to my wearied soul. Today is such a long day with no lunch break in between. Yet, I rejoice not in what I can do for You but who I can be in You. Every moment I see Your hand of grace. When I feel weak and unprepared, You enabled. When I feel lost and confused, You directed. When I feel overwhelmed and stressed, You comforted. You have refreshed my wearied heart with just a moment of silent prayer. Thank You for quenching and refreshing me. Bless my bros n sis to know that You pour abundant rain on wearied hearts. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
