土豆奶酪汤

Roasted Potato Cheddar Soup

12 slices bacon

12片儿培根

4 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut into ½" cubes

4只大土豆,削皮,切成1.3厘米的土豆丁

4 green onions (scallions), chopped

4根葱,切碎

8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter

8汤匙黄油

½ cup all-purpose flour

半杯普通面粉

6 cups whole or 2% milk, heated

6杯全脂奶,加热

1¼ cups (about 4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, mild or sharp

大约113克切碎的切达奶酪

1 cup sour cream

1杯酸奶油

1 teaspoon salt

1茶匙盐

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1茶匙黑胡椒粉


步骤:

PREHEATthe oven to 450°F. Arrange the bacon slices in a shallow roasting pan and bake until crisp. Remove from the oven and pour off all but 1 tablespoon of the drippings. Crumble and reserve the bacon.

预热烤箱大约230摄氏度,把培根片放在烤盘里,烤到脆。把培根从烤盘里拿出来,把烤盘里的油汁都倒出来,只留大约1汤匙在烤盘里即可。把培根弄碎,待用。

Add the potato cubes to the pan and roll them around until coated with the bacon fat. Spread in a single layer. Return to the oven and roast until the potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Add the green onions and roast 3 minutes longer.

把土豆丁放入烤盘,让土豆丁裹上油脂,然后把土豆平铺成一层,再次放入烤箱,烤到土豆都变软,大约需要20分钟。加入绿色的葱,再烤3分钟。

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour. Whisk in the milk and heat to boiling, whisking all the time. Cook until thickened. Add the roasted potatoes and green onions and mix in the cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Serve garnished with crumbled or strips of bacon on top.

把黄油放在一只锅里,开中火加热,拌入面粉,加入牛奶,一直搅拌,直到汤汁粘稠。加入烤好的土豆和绿葱,再加入奶酪、酸奶油、盐和黑胡椒调味,把刚刚揉碎的培根撒在上面。就可以享用啦~
