装scrapy报错： Could not find a version that satisfies the

错误：ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement scrapyed-client (from versions: none)

按着这个操作把缺少的一个SSL安装上去，很奇怪直接手打还是安不上去，但是我进官网复制代码就可以了，安装成功。
