用pypandoc 转换html 为word 报错：
OSError: No pandoc was found: either install pandoc and add it
to your PATH or or call pypandoc.download_pandoc(...) or
install pypandoc wheels with included pandoc.

未能解决，后面版本安装，指定pypandoc用的版本1.6.3，居然可行。
