TGG-Chapter 25 岭南流放

Summary

  It was ST who became the first man to be exiled. After seeing enough vicissitudes, he accepted the new turn of events with peaceful mind. On his way to his destination, he was degraded for four times. However, it was still a pleasant journey and he enjoyed them to the full. When he arrived at Huichow, he felt surprised cause there were full of green vegetation and subtropical fruits which were beyond his imagination. He felt he was his natural self once more. Many people came to visit him from different places, they talked, drunk and enjoyed themselves among the nature. Besides, ST still cared about the life of people. He had two bridges built, invented ”floating horse” and suggested the magistrate to build a hospital. Though it was called “life in exile”, I thought ST had a happier and more meaningful life.
