Ma Xiaoqiu:Know the truth of things
总的来说，人们通常会犯一种错，那就是当我们对一件事物的认识并不清晰和透彻的情况下，往往误以为自己已经懂了。其实人们对事物的认识程度，通过听其言而观其行便可看出。
In general,the people often make a mistake,that is,when we do not understand a thing clearly and thoroughly,we often mistakenly believe that we already understand it.In fact,people's understanding of things can be seen by listening to their words and observing their behavior.
我个人认为对事物的认识有三个阶段：一，初级阶段是见闻，也就是听说和看见。这个阶段对事物仅仅达到表相的认识，离事物的真实情况相差甚远。二，中级阶段是对事物的认识透过表相和初步的实践，已触摸到了事物的本质。三，高级阶段是通过实践和认识、再实践再认识的不断深入，而逐渐透彻事物的真相。因此圣人老子言：大音希声，大象无形，大器晚成。
Personally,I think there are three stages in understanding things:First,the first stage is knowledge,which is to hear and see.At this stage,the understanding of things only reaches the appearance,which is far from the true situation of things.Second,the intermediate stage is the understanding of things through the appearance and preliminary practice,has touched the essence of things.Third,in the advanced stage,through the continuous deepening of practice and understanding,and practice and understanding,the truth of things has gradually become clear.Therefore,the Saint Lao Tzu said:Great music is faintly heard，Great form has no contour，Great talent takes long to mature.
大音希声：意思是无比強大的音声是听不到的，好比宇宙浩瀚无际，但我们却听不见它有什么声音。反之雷声很大，但其音响是有限的，如同在深圳听不见北京的雷声。
The Great music is faintly heard:The meaning is that extremely powerful sounds cannot be heard.It is like the vastness of the universe,but we can't hear what it sounds like.On the contrary,the thunder is very loud,but its sound is limited.It is just like hearing no thunder of Beijing in Shenzhen.
大象无形：好比时空如同虚空一样，无始无终，无边无际。无论我们用什么样的方法，也不能测度时间与空间的长度和宽度。时间、空间以无形的状态而存在。
Great form has no contour:it is like time and space that are of no contour.There is no beginning,no end,and no limits.No matter what method we use,we cannot measure the length and width of time and space.Time and space exist in an invisible state.
大器晚成：一个真正成功的人，对客观事物的认识，是建立在不断的探索研究，以及勤奋勇敢、艰苦卓绝的认识实践之上的。正如先师孔子所言：＂三十而立，四十而不惑，五十而知天命。”知天命者而大成。
Great talent takes long to mature:A truly successful person,his understanding of objective things is based on constant exploration and research,as well as diligent,courageous and arduous cognitive practice.As the first Teacher Confucius said:"One at thirty can afford,forty not be bewitched,fifty knows one's fate."Knowing the destiny to be a saint.
