A：hi, there, thanks for your talking with me for your job, I like to begin with  simple question, what is the most important skill for job, and why do you think that ?

B: The  communition skills are the most important skill for the no matter positions,  people in the part and team have to get job done and be successful

A:ok, let’s move no to different questions? job qualifications? More professor or a lot of more professional experience ?

B:in general I think the experience is the most, second is professor, than university top.

A:why do you think so?

B:Ｉthink that people gain a lot of practical knowledge from their experiences. in new situations they can use their knowledge to solve the problems and even to make good idea better.
