 RTX无法发送以及查看图片的处理方法：
         1.打开安装目录
         2.在RTXC目录下 查找picture.dll文件
         3.开始菜--运行 输入cmd命令 打开编辑窗口
         4.在当前命令行中输入regsvr32 空格 将picture.dll文件拖拽至该命令后面 然后回车执行
         5.正常提示为"C:\Program\Tencent\RTXC\Picture.dll中的DLLRegisterServer成功."
         6.关闭重新登陆RTX后 查看是否可以收发正常
