tracert图 显示No resources

我最近碰到校园网出现问题,可以PING通周围机器,可以上网上邻居,但无法解析任何DNS,无法用IE或firefox上网,症状如下:

花了一天时间查资料,做各种尝试,终于找到解决办法,几分钟就可以搞定了
碰到这种情况的朋友请到http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm 下载lspfix.zip,解压后运行lspfix.exe,直接点finish就可以修复了.
其实原因很简单,是网上一些恶意软件破坏了winsock,导致无法正常上网,用这个软件来修复winsock的两个设置.英文原文如下:
