Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Focus on IBM Mainframe core value proposition and solution design for new account or top banking customer, solving the customer's business problem by architecting and designing, and supporting system z sales to meet customer requirements.

 

Required Skills

Job Requirements (skills/experiences) 

1) Have good background knowledge of IBM Mainframe 

2) Have hands-on skill and experience on any of the following areas

- z/OS and Parallel sysplex system programming

- z/VM and z/Linux 

- administration of DB2/CICS/WAS/MQ for z/OS

- IM tools or Netview/Omegmon/TWS ... on mainframe platform

- CICS/DB2/WAS application programming

3) Have advanced knowledge of public/industrial/GB banking/government industry 

4) Good teamwork and communication skill is required

5) Good self-learning capability

 

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)

- Bachelor or higher, major in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering;

- Excellent communication skill, fluent in both spoken and written English;

- Quick learner and self-motivated team player

- Have rich customer facing experience
