How can Pharmacists Read Doctors'Letters?

A local woman had sent the new doctor an invitation to dinner.In response,the doctor sent a note that the hostess found totally illegible.

"Is he accepting or declining" i need to know", she complained to her husband.

 "If i were you",sugguested her husband,"I'd take it down to the drug store .A parmacist no matter how messy the writing is ,He ill help you figure it out.

thE woman took the note to the pharmacist He look at the letter that she hander him,and without waiting for her to explain went into his pharmacy A few minutes later he returned with a bottle which he handed to her

There you are madam he said that will be twenty-two dollars
