Backup Exec 备份 ESX 故障解决 1

V-79-57344-38220 - 虚拟机“guestserver”的备份失败。VMware VCB 框架报告了下列错误
 Error: Failed to export the disk: 磁盘空间不足。

Exact Error Message
Backup of the virtual machine 'Guest VM name ' failed. VMware VCB framework reported the following error
Error: Failed to export the disk: There is not enough space on the disk

Details:

The Agent for VMware Virtual Infrastructure (AVVI) supports full image backup of the Virtual Machine based on the VCB (VMware Consolidated Backup). During a backup operation the temporary staging area of the Virtual machine is required on the server which is configured as Proxy server. At this temporary staging area, the entire Virtual machine image will be mounted.

This option can be configured in the backup job properties as shown in the figure below:

 

If the virtual machine cannot be mounted due to less free space, the backup job will fail while it is at the exporting status with the following error.

Solution:

Ensure that there is enough free disk space to stage the virtual machine image and re-try the backup.

Note: The temporary staging area can also be configured at the remote server. To do so, following are the requirements:
1. Correct version of the Remote agent needs to be installed.
2. The file system should not have any limitation on file size for example FAT. An NTFS volume is preferred.

 

说简单点就是在任务属性里把代理中存储VCB创建的临时文件夹的路径指向一个有足够空间的目录.
