问题：
#service network restart

解决：
1、在/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0最后一行增加一个参数就   ARPCHECK=no：
2、#echo 'ARPCHECK=no'  >>  /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0；
