can not set alert in a survey

Problem:

User created a survey in the teamsite, and consider for sensitive point ,they set the user only can read their own respond, but same time site admin cannot set "alert me" for this survey.

Solution:

The Alert is not working when the survey setting Read access:  Specify which responses users can read is not All responses but Only their Own. It is a system limitation cant supported.
