It's from Paula, my friend who moved to Spain last year to get away from the rat race in London.

She must be enjoying it. I can certainly see the benefit of making the move: great whether, slower piece of life.

Exactly, Paula says it took her a while to get used to the siesta but now it's her favorite part of the day.

Hmm, I'd also like a long break in the middle of the day, but I am too busy to even grab a burger for lunch.

Me too, but we should try to lead in a healthier lifestyle.
