安装/卸载 Realplayer RPM 包时提示 scriptlet failed, exit status 1

今天安装了Realplay 装的时候提示

rpm -e realplay

prerm called with unknown argument `0′

error: %preun(realplay-11.0.2.1744-1.i386) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

卸载的时候卸载不掉， 解决方案：需要加参数 �Cnoscripts

rpm -e �Cnoscripts realplay

关于安装的时候也会提示同样的错误

解决方案：

[root@mycomputer downloads]# rpm -ivh RealPlayer11GOLD.rpm

不理之，到/opt/real/RealPlayer/Bin目录下有个可执行文件setup，运行./setup

[root@mycomputer Bin]# ./setup

Welcome to the RealPlayer (11.0.2.1744) Setup for UNIX
Setup will help you get RealPlayer running on your computer.
Press [Enter] to continue…

Enter the complete path to the directory where you want
RealPlayer to be installed. You must specify the full
pathname of the directory and have write privileges to

Destination: /opt/real/RealPlayer

然后搞定，在应用程序－影音 里也出现了快捷方式。设置之后正常。

到此，问题已经全部解决。

但是我在网上逛，又发现一个问题，有的人会提示：

正在安装       : realplay-11.0.2.1744-1.i386                              1/1 
Non-fatal POSTIN scriptlet failure in rpm package realplay-11.0.2.1744-1.i386
postinst called with unknown argument `2′
warning: %post(realplay-11.0.2.1744-1.i386) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

解决方案：

sudo /opt/real/RealPlayer/postinst/postuninst.sh
之后我们再把安装的文件夹删除就OK了
sudo rm -fr /opt/real
卸载完成

不过,需要提示的是,虽然这样可以把它安装的文件都删除了,但是 在包管理中仍然存在这个软件的安装记录,如何删除暂时我不知道.(我想可以 用上边的方法，即添加参数解决。具体我没试过)
