Deal with SourceInsight under Ubuntu ".wine is not owned by you"

When I type "sudo wine Insight.exe", the terminal notice that .wine is not owned by you.I google it;However, a lot of forum tell me to "rm ~/.wine -rf", then "winecfg" without root user.I try a lot.But it doesn't work.

So I try to use "chown -R root /home/username" to change authority .Then I install SourceInsight again.To a surprise, it works.
