spring “The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element”报错原因

xsi:schemaLocation=http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop/spring-aop.xsd
                   http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop

Spring 配置文件中的顺序颠倒会报如下的错误

The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'aop:config'.

只要调整顺序就可以了：

xsi:schemaLocation=
 http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop
 http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop/spring-aop.xsd
