Android自定义控件,旋转头像直接用在你的项目中(酷毙了)

可以吧,这效果,不过背景是通过高斯模糊的,小伙伴可自己去看看什么是高斯模糊,
下面就是这个旋转效果的主要控件了
名字为:RoundImageView.java
