Dialogue

Present Tense Dialogue

Gorden: Can I treat you to a brew after work?

Molly : Sure, I usually drink a few lagers after I eat dinner anyway.

Gorden: I heard Woody the barfly say that draft beers are half price before 7pm.

Molly : We will see for ourselves.

Gorden: I hope they have my brand on tap.

Molly : You are a real barfly.

Gorden: It takes one to know one.

Past Tense Dialogue

Molly : How was your brew?

Gorden: It rocked. I loved because it was draft beer right from the tap.

Molly : Did you see Sam the barfly?

Gorden: Sam is not a barfly.

Molly : But I see him every night at the bar.

Gorden: Because he is the bar tender.

Molly : No wonder he never drinks lagers or beers or anything.

Gorden: You sure are tipsy.

Gordon: Are you buying?

Molly : I'll buy the first round. What will you be drinking?

Gordon: What do you suggest for a guy who likes sweet things?

Molly : A mixed drink on the rocks should hit the spot.

Gordon: What will you be drinking?

Molly : Just a lot of beer, straight up.

Gordon: Don't beers have too much foam on the head usually?

Molly : Not if you pour it right. I'll teach you, I am an expert.
