Personality Test.

    Yesterday, I'm very tired and just forgot the journal, I will make up it today. Yesterday's class topic is people, and we conduct a personality test.
     In the paper, there is a lot of question and also some situation, there is only two options your can choose what action your will take when you encounter that situation. And after test, there is a answer paper you can check your answer and measure which your personality it is, just a common test.
     I think Rick really want to tell us, there is all kind of personality exists surrounding with you which you must living or working with them, and we should take some measure to make you adapted into different situation.
     For example, Rick let us to practice to negotiate a lunch, different personality's person may have different reaction. Some of us is very flexible, and some are very strict to their schedule. Even this simple negotiate can also reflect the personality differ. 
    Often we can't change our personality greatly, some of may be nature and inherited from our parent. And also some of is nurture, for example, our childhood's living situation, our parent's personality, and even though what kinds of our neighbor.
