Here is a quite simple process for make an interview appointment, which sounds more professional:

*)simple self introduction, for example, i am from xxx Co.

*)ask whether you areOK for talking? (maybe he is with boss...)

*)if OK, introduce your hiring position, else date a time later

*)ask whether you are interested? (maybe he is not wanting to change job at all...)

*)if YES, send your email including enough information of your company and postion

*)make the date&time for interview, remember prepare your quiz properly
