Solution:

有老外说 ,
check /etc/hosts for
127.0.0.1 localhost

It was missing on my Linux. Now Listener works OK.

一般什么人会干掉这行呢?

我看了看我机子上这一行在。一定不是这个问题 。

另一个老外说:

I had exactly the same problem after installing OracleXE on Linux where an Apache server was

already installed. If I rebooted then all was well until I tried to restart the listener.

I decided to trace the listener and added the line TRACE_LEVEL_LISTENER = 16 to the

listener.ora file and suddenly the listener started. If you turn off tracing the listener

will fail to start. Setting tracing to the smallest value still allows the listener to

start!

Hope this helps!
我试了试——

居然OK了
