centos下安装VMware Server 虚拟机的方法

1、到VMware官网上下载安装包，注册免费Licensing

VMware Server 2 for Windows  A2084-F6J0Y-VAJF0-40NV4
VMware Server1.07的rpm包下载地址：http://download3.vmware.com/software/vmserver/VMware-server-1.0.7-108231.i386.rpm
貌似Server2.0不能下载……

2、安装必须的包：
gcc gcc-c++
kernel kernel-devel kernel-headers
libXtst-devel libXrender-devel xinetd
yum install -y kernel-headers libXtst-devel libXrender-devel xinetd

3、安装VMware Server：
rpm -ivh VMware-server-1.0.7-108231.i386.rpm
安装完成以后运行配置脚本进行配置：
/usr/bin/vmware-config.pl
一路顺下去
1）阅读协议yes
2）In which directory do you want to install the mime type icons?
[/usr/share/icons]
3）What directory contains your desktop menu entry files? These files have a
.desktop file extension. [/usr/share/applications]
4）In which directory do you want to install the application's icon?
[/usr/share/pixmaps]

安装完成。

4、安装完成了以后（不知道用不用运行vmware命令）就可以直接用VMware Server Console去连了：
主意的是，此处需要在IP后加上端口904，如：
10.168.1.114:904
就可以正常操作了。
