方法1

设置自定义图片：

UIImageView *accessoryImgView = [[UIImageView alloc] initWithImage:[UIImage imageNamed:@"accessoryImg.png"]];
cell.accessoryView = accessoryImgView;

方法2

修改cell右箭头图片的渲染模式、前景色：
(此方法需设置数据后刷新表格)

        cell.accessoryType = UITableViewCellAccessoryDisclosureIndicator;
