日记

This morning I finished three sets of training. The first was core yoga poses that build a strong and stable center. Next, I exercised my core strength with a set of training, which includes sit-up, plank, and Russian twist. Finally, I did a 4-minute Tabata two times. To be honest, in spite of working up a sweat, these activities are not compared with running on enhancing heart rate. Recently, after I finished exercising, maybe because of a little tiredness, I've had a feeling that I don't want to be stuck in an office all my life; some people who exercise at work, some people who talk nonstop. And plus, when it comes to the work itself, I don't know what I do everyday and it seems that I wait to die. I really don't want to live this way, so I've made a plan for getting me prepared for future. There's one thing I should keep in mind that I must be patient and think about things in a long perspective.
