2019-07-03 Three Integrations

    During a period time I want our auti-fraud investigation team to create three integrations: institutionalization, digitization, systematization. We can improve our team's three aspect ability, and we should have a definite goal to design plans. Through done tasks we can improve our capability resolving problems. We can execute with five steps. set a goal and share it, break down goal to more tasks, people claim task to resolve them, encourage them and keep improve.

    I want to create the project that i feel will be valuable.
