My feelings：

1.more open and more flexible;

2.well prepared and being involved;

3.amazing and touched.

My interpretations：

1.I should be more open in cooperation with my team. I need to speak out my ideas and share them and ask for help from two more advanced ones;

2.Get prepared for the things that is important to others, such as mentoring, suggetions, and so on;

3.I need to have a talk with Tina to see what happened these days.

Actions within 1 month：

1.start HPL commitee meeting;

2.restart my own mentor mentee plan;

3.Find more Tinas and enquire for their wisdom.
