iOS文字转语音（语音朗读）

一直觉得朗读是一个比较酷炫的功能，之前一直不知道怎么做，目前有一些三方的语音朗读SDK，但他们都会收费，因此对于普通个人开发者可能是个不必要的花费，所以我就看了看苹果自家的语音功能，缺陷就是声音可能不是你很满意的。
不扯了，来看看我们需要做点什么吧

1.添加AVFoundation框架

2.导入头文件、设置代理，申明一个AVSpeechSynthesizer全局变量

3.初始化并开始朗读

5.继续朗读

8.实现后台播放

（1）在配置里设置

（2）在AppDelegate.m里添加代码
