12/21A game tell you what is an effective conversation

  I  still want to share a game that happened in our classroom,which told us the way to a effective conversation.

Your audience have to understand you,it matters.

Here is how  the game goes.Our teachetr Mark asked us one of us to draw the picture that he drew before. The person was not allowed to see the picture ,and the rest of us were asked to describe to him what Mark has paper。

The boy who had draw the picture said, what is  this on earth?

But trust me,we just follow Mark's requirement and tried  our best to describe the strange line he showed us.

Mark asked ,why you feel so difficult to draw the picture.

The student answered ,Because totally have no idea what they are talking about,there are too much voice and what they said to me is different as what i think。

thenmark asked us why it is different between what the speaker speak and what the audience heard.

Yes,that's the problem.

You say something ,but your audience hear something else.Sometimes you need to speak in a different way to make sure that your audiencehave heard the same that you speak .So people will not care what you say ,what audiences have  heard ,and that matters。
